Brown & Co. and Ritani Partnership

Brown & Company Jewelers, one of the largest independent jewelry stores in the country, is proud to be one of the first retail jewelers in the nation to partner with Ritani, a leading designer of diamond engagement rings and fine jewelry, in their endeavor to provide a new online purchasing experience for quality diamond engagement rings and wedding bands.

The experience is new, innovative, convenient, and reliable. Search through the new Ritani website and select the mounting style, diamond shape and metal type; Ritani designs a wide array of engagement rings from the traditional solitaire to the trendy halo to the classic. When the creation of the engagement ring is complete, it can be purchased online or requested to see-in-person at a local jeweler. Preview up to two made-to-order rings and have it delivered at no cost, if residing in Georgia, to Brown & Co. Jewelers; in Atlanta and Roswell.

“First generation online engagement ring shopping focused on presenting vast selections at the lowest price. This missed the opportunity to fulfill a customer’s natural desire for personal service during one of life’s most important purchasing decisions,” said Brian Watkins, the newly appointed president of Ritani, whose prior e-commerce and retail experience includes Blue Nile, Nordstrom, and Bain & Company. “The next generation jewelry retailer will not only deliver selection and value, but will go further. They’ll seamlessly combine online and in-store shopping to create an experience that today’s customer demands.”

Brown & Co. Jewelers is one of six jewelers across the nation to partner with Ritani and unify customers’ online and in-store engagement ring purchasing experience.
