Returns and Exchanges Policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
(1) Jewelry, watches and gifts - 30 day refund or exchange if unused and unaltered/sized.
(2) Special orders - No refunds or exchanges.
(3) Gifts - Exchange only.
(4) Watches - No refunds or exchanges if watch has been sized.
(5) Engraved merchandise - no refund or exchange.
(6) Final sale merchandise - no refund or exchange.
All claims and returned merchandise must be accompanied by the sales receipt.
Gems may have been treated by heating (generally), oiling or waxing (emeralds), diffusion (sapphires), or irradiation (blue topaz).
Payment in full is required at the time of order and is not refundable. Special order items may not be returned or exchanged.
A down payment of at least 20% of the total price including tax is required on all layaways.
Please note, shipping your purchase is a service that we provide. However, you must know because of delays and circumstances beyond our control we are unable to guarantee that your package will arrive on time.
Also, if your package is lost we must go through the proper procedures with the shipping service before we can replace your item.
Orders placed after 2PM will ship the following business day. For the security of your purchase, items cannot be shipped Friday through Sunday.
